These Terms & Conditions apply to Meraki Eye Art LLC, our website located at www.merakieyeart.com, our order forms, products, services, digital downloads, custom artwork, communications, and related business activities.
By visiting our website, submitting a form, placing an order, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Meraki Eye Art LLC creates custom iris photography artwork, digital art files, framed artwork, printed artwork, and related creative products. Our services may include photographing the iris, editing the image, creating custom artwork, delivering digital files, printing physical artwork, packaging products, and shipping orders.
Each Meraki Eye Art order is custom-created using iris photography, customer-selected artwork styles, product selections, names, design preferences, and other order details.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. This includes names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping addresses, billing details, artwork selections, and any other information needed to fulfill your order.
We photograph minors only when a parent or legal guardian is present and authorizes the service. By placing an order for a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian, or that you have proper authority to approve the photography, artwork creation, purchase, and related order services.
Because our products are custom-made specifically for each customer, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law. Custom iris artwork, digital downloads, printed artwork, framed artwork, and personalized products are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has started.
Please review your order information carefully before submitting your order.
Digital artwork may be delivered by email, download link, file-sharing link, or another digital delivery method. You are responsible for downloading and saving your digital files after delivery.
Meraki Eye Art LLC may retain digital copies of iris photographs and finished artwork files indefinitely unless you request deletion. This allows us to resend files, assist with reorders, provide customer support, and help with future replacement or reprint requests.
Physical products may include framed artwork, printed artwork, or other custom items. Production timelines may vary based on order volume, artwork complexity, event schedules, printing needs, curing or resting time, material availability, and shipping carrier timelines.
We make reasonable efforts to prepare, package, and ship orders carefully, but delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Meraki Eye Art LLC is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Shipping delays, tracking delays, weather delays, carrier issues, and delivery exceptions may occur.

If your physical product arrives damaged, you must contact us promptly and provide clear photographs of the damaged item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible carrier damage. We may require additional information to process a replacement.
Approved damage claims may be eligible for replacement at our discretion. Refunds are not provided for custom artwork unless required by law.

Iris color, artwork tone, brightness, contrast, sharpness, and final printed appearance may vary due to photography lighting, camera settings, editing style, monitor display settings, phone screen settings, printer calibration, paper type, frame material, and natural iris characteristics.
These variations are normal in custom photography, digital artwork, and print production and do not automatically qualify an order for refund, replacement, or remake.
Meraki Eye Art LLC uses creative judgment when editing iris images and creating final artwork. While we do our best to follow customer selections and preferences, final artwork may vary slightly based on image quality, iris detail, lighting conditions, design layout, print format, and artistic decisions.

Meraki Eye Art LLC owns its website content, branding, logos, artwork designs, templates, editing styles, product images, marketing materials, layouts, creative concepts, and original visual materials unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing artwork does not transfer ownership of Meraki Eye Art LLC’s intellectual property, templates, processes, editing methods, website materials, or business assets.
When you purchase digital or printed artwork, you receive a personal-use license to view, display, print for personal use, gift, and enjoy the purchased artwork.
Unless you receive written permission from Meraki Eye Art LLC, you may not resell, redistribute, commercially license, mass reproduce, modify for resale, claim as your own original work, or use the artwork for commercial purposes.
You may not use Meraki Eye Art LLC artwork, website images, customer artwork examples, product photos, or creative materials for artificial intelligence training, machine learning datasets, automated scraping, image databases, commercial reproduction, or similar uses without written permission from Meraki Eye Art LLC.
If you grant permission through our order form or another written consent method, you authorize Meraki Eye Art LLC to use your iris artwork or finished custom artwork for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, printed materials, event displays, and promotional purposes.
We do not attach your name, phone number, email address, address, or other identifying personal information to artwork used publicly unless you separately authorize us to do so.
You may request that we stop future public use of your artwork by contacting us. Prior uses that have already been printed, published, shared, distributed, or displayed may not always be removable.
We may accept payments through Square, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and cash where available. Some card payments may be manually entered into Square.
Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full credit or debit card number.
Meraki Eye Art LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or decline an order when necessary, including cases involving suspected fraud, abusive behavior, incorrect pricing, unavailable materials, incomplete information, inappropriate requests, technical errors, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with website functionality, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected materials, scrape content, submit false information, use our website for unlawful purposes, or engage in activity that harms Meraki Eye Art LLC, our customers, our systems, or our service providers.
Our website and business may use third-party services including GoHighLevel, Square, USPS, Google Drive, Gmail, Webflow, payment providers, analytics providers, shipping carriers, and other operational tools.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, delays, outages, errors, privacy practices, payment processing issues, carrier issues, or service interruptions.
Meraki Eye Art LLC may send text messages related to order confirmations, artwork completion notifications, digital download availability, shipping updates, delivery notifications, customer service communications, special offers, discounts, event announcements, new artwork releases, product updates, and promotional announcements if you have provided the required consent.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the phone number that sent you the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
