This release explains how Meraki Eye Art LLC photographs irises, creates custom artwork, stores digital files, and may use artwork for portfolio, display, advertising, and social media when permission is granted.
By purchasing or participating in Meraki Eye Art LLC services, you authorize Meraki Eye Art LLC to photograph your iris, process the image, edit the photograph, and use the image to create custom artwork and related products based on your order.
You authorize Meraki Eye Art LLC to use the iris photographs and order information you provide to create digital artwork, printed artwork, framed artwork, and other custom products included in your order.
Meraki Eye Art LLC may retain iris photographs, edited images, and finished artwork files indefinitely unless you request deletion. Retaining these files allows us to resend digital files, assist with reorders, provide customer support, and help with future reprint or replacement requests.
You may request deletion of your iris photographs or finished artwork files by contacting privacy@merakieyeart.com.
Meraki Eye Art LLC will only use your artwork for public-facing display, advertising, portfolio, website, social media, printed marketing, or event display when you grant permission through our order form, checkbox, written release, electronic signature, or another consent method.
If you grant permission, you authorize Meraki Eye Art LLC to use, reproduce, display, publish, and share your iris artwork or finished custom artwork for business, marketing, educational, portfolio, social media, advertising, website, and promotional purposes.
When artwork is used publicly with permission, Meraki Eye Art LLC does not attach your name, phone number, email address, shipping address, billing address, or other identifying personal information unless you separately authorize us to do so.
If you grant permission, your artwork may appear on platforms such as our website, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, online ads, printed promotional materials, event displays, portfolio examples, product samples, and other business or marketing materials.
If you grant permission, Meraki Eye Art LLC may use your artwork as part of its portfolio, gallery, product examples, event booth displays, sample artwork, and promotional presentations.
If the artwork or iris photograph involves a minor, a parent or legal guardian must authorize the photography, artwork creation, purchase, and any optional public display or marketing use.
By approving services for a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian, or that you have legal authority to grant permission on behalf of the minor.
If you previously granted public artwork permission, you may request that Meraki Eye Art LLC stop future public use by contacting us at privacy@merakieyeart.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to stop future use after receiving your request. However, prior uses that have already been printed, published, shared, distributed, posted, captured in screenshots, indexed by search engines, used in advertisements, included in physical displays, or otherwise released may not always be removable.
You may request deletion of your iris photographs and finished artwork files by contacting us. Once deleted, we may no longer be able to resend files, complete reorders, reproduce artwork, or support future reprints from the original files.
Some information may still be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, order history, or business recordkeeping purposes.
Meraki Eye Art LLC owns its original artwork styles, templates, editing methods, designs, website materials, product photography, branding, and creative processes.
Customers receive a personal-use license to enjoy purchased artwork. Purchasing artwork does not transfer ownership of Meraki Eye Art LLC’s templates, designs, editing methods, website content, branding, or creative materials.
If you grant permission for Meraki Eye Art LLC to use your artwork publicly, you understand that you will not receive compensation, royalties, payment, or additional approval rights for that permitted use.
You understand that each iris artwork piece is custom-created and may vary based on lighting, iris detail, photography conditions, editing style, selected artwork design, screen settings, print material, and artistic decisions.
This release works together with our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Replacement Policy. By placing an order or authorizing services, you agree to the policies that apply to your order and use of our services.
We may update this Photo & Artwork Consent & Release from time to time. Updates are effective when posted on this page. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
