Meraki Eye Art LLC creates custom iris artwork and may offer physical products such as framed artwork, printed artwork, and other custom items. Because each order is made specifically for the customer, production and shipping timelines may vary.
Physical artwork orders may require photography processing, editing, artwork creation, printing, curing or resting time, quality review, packaging, and carrier handoff.
Production time may vary based on order volume, event schedule, artwork complexity, material availability, printing needs, and other business conditions.
Shipping time begins after your order has completed production and has been transferred to the shipping carrier. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, high volume, incorrect addresses, transportation issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.
When tracking information is available, we may send it by email and, if you opted in, by text message. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after the label is created.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order.
Meraki Eye Art LLC is not responsible for delays, returned packages, failed deliveries, lost shipments, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes after production has started or after a shipping label has been created.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or carrier issue, we may contact you to arrange reshipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment when the return was caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.

When available, Meraki Eye Art LLC may offer local pickup, event pickup, or arranged delivery options. Pickup options, locations, times, and availability may vary and are not guaranteed unless confirmed by us.
Digital-only orders are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. Digital artwork may be sent by email, download link, file-sharing link, or another digital delivery method.
At this time, Meraki Eye Art LLC primarily serves customers within the United States. International orders, when available, may be limited to digital artwork only unless otherwise approved.
Meraki Eye Art LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, scanning delays, customs delays, delivery exceptions, stolen packages after delivery confirmation, or other issues outside our reasonable control.
