This policy explains how Meraki Eye Art LLC handles custom artwork orders, digital files, reprints, shipping damage, and replacement requests.
Meraki Eye Art LLC creates custom iris artwork specifically for each customer. Because every order is personalized, edited, designed, printed, and fulfilled based on individual customer information and artwork selections, our products are generally not eligible for refunds.
All custom artwork sales are final. Approved issues are generally resolved through corrections, reprints, replacements, or customer support rather than refunds.
Custom iris artwork, digital artwork files, printed artwork, framed artwork, and personalized products are not refundable once production has started or the digital artwork has been created.
This includes orders where the customer changes their mind, selected the wrong artwork style, provided incorrect information, no longer wants the item, or expected a different artistic result after the custom work was completed.
Digital artwork is considered delivered once the file, download link, or access link has been sent to the email address provided by the customer.
If you have trouble opening, downloading, or accessing your digital files, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resend the files or provide technical assistance.
In some situations, Meraki Eye Art LLC may offer a reprint at our discretion. Reprints may be available when there is a production issue, print defect, verified file issue, or approved customer service concern.
Reprints are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case.
If your physical artwork arrives damaged during shipping, you may be eligible for a replacement. To review a damage claim, we may require:

Damage must be reported as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Delayed reports may make it harder to verify the issue or process a replacement.
Replacement approval is determined by Meraki Eye Art LLC after reviewing the submitted photos, order details, and shipment circumstances.
If a package appears lost, delayed, or has not moved for an extended period, contact us. We may review tracking information and assist with a carrier inquiry when possible.
Replacement decisions for lost packages are made case by case and may depend on tracking status, carrier confirmation, address accuracy, delivery confirmation, and the circumstances of the shipment.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Meraki Eye Art LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated customer-provided shipping information.
If a package must be reshipped due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply.
Iris colors, artwork tones, brightness, contrast, and print appearance may vary due to lighting, screen settings, monitor calibration, phone display settings, printer calibration, paper type, frame material, and natural differences in each iris.
These normal variations do not qualify an order for refund, replacement, or remake unless Meraki Eye Art LLC determines there was a clear production error.
Each piece is custom-created using artistic judgment, customer selections, available image quality, iris detail, and design layout. Final artwork may not appear exactly like sample images or previous customer examples.
Samples are provided to show general style and concept, not to guarantee an identical result.
Meraki Eye Art LLC is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect customer-provided information, including wrong names, wrong spelling, wrong shipping address, wrong email address, wrong product selection, or incorrect artwork preferences submitted by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible. We will do our best to help, but changes may not be possible after production has started.
Because our products are custom-made, returns are not accepted unless Meraki Eye Art LLC has approved the return or replacement process in writing.
Sending an item back without approval does not guarantee a refund, credit, replacement, or reprint.
We encourage customers to contact us first so we can review and resolve concerns directly. If you open a payment dispute or chargeback, we may provide order records, communication history, proof of delivery, digital delivery confirmation, artwork records, signed or checked consent records, and other supporting documentation to the payment processor.
Meraki Eye Art LLC reviews refund, replacement, reprint, and customer service requests individually. We reserve the right to approve or deny requests based on order history, production status, file delivery, shipping records, submitted evidence, and the specific circumstances of the request.
